No departure is complete without family and an awards show, right.
It was very cool just hanging out with my sister and her family. She's got a great house with a pool, a dog and lots of love. Our friend Liz came up for the week and we swam, had a shrimp boil and stayed up late talking. My best friend from high school, Helen, came over twice, and they all gave me a great send off.
Liz also received her Simba Bath Dog Award for the Support of the Arts. It was quite a ceremony as you can see.
